SOS Dance classes Ipswich: What’s On

The ultimate feel-good dance experience, SOS Dance, will host two empowering classes inspired by Beyoncé to Ipswich this month, so you can strut into the New Year with confidence.

SOS Dance is a global dance brand on a mission to empower a generation of women to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence, which they can carry through into every aspect of their lives.

All SOS routines are created by A-list backing dancers and choreographers who work with the entertainment industry’s biggest stars including Beyoncé, Lizzo and Little Mix.

In Ipswich, SOS classes take place every other Wednesday evening (7pm – 8pm) at Suffolk New College Sport Centre (Goals, Ipswich). Certified SOS dance instructor, Jade Gardiner will break down choreography into bite sized sections so it’s easy to learn, even if you’ve never taken a dance class before.

Coming up, Jade will be hosting classes inspired Beyoncé – Bow Down (Homecoming Live) and Saweetie ft. Doja Cat -Best Friend, choreographed by top backing dancers to the stars, Sophie Ferrero and Li Li Hodge.

SOS Ipswich dance classes take place every other Wednesday, 7pm – 8pm at Suffolk New College Sport Centre (Goals, Ipswich), Ipswich, IP4 1LT for students over the age of 16. Absolute beginners are welcome.
