Hi, I am Liz and I am so proud to be doing this incredibly important work. I am a fully qualified MAR reflexologist and Reiki healer, and I cant wait to welcome new clients to have these fabulous therapies.

Reflexology is a beautiful therapy done on the feet or hands using fingers and thumbs on certain points to target pain or imbalance within the body. As a Reiki healer, this also helps to open the person up to a deeper level of healing. The reiki also flows through the hands whilst the therapist is practising reflexology, which is highly beneficial.

Reiki healing can take the person into a very deep state of relaxation similar to hypnosis or meditation. The reiki healer can then work on the body, mind and spirit to help the energy to shift and create a very light, relaxed state in the client.

Combined together these treatments completely compliment each other. I usually do reflexology first which puts the person at ease and in a more relaxed state to benefit more from the reiki. Clients feel their troubles float away and feel a sense of real well-being when they leave the room after these therapies have been done together.
